A. S. Shahudul Huque Bulbul is The Managing Director of Bulbul Securities Limited, director of Zeal Bangla Sugar Mills Limited, Director of DSE Broker Association of Bangladesh. He is a Member of Dhanmondi Recreation Club and Kurmitola Golf Club.
He was born on 08 September, 1950 at Nazir Road in Feni District. He completed his Bachelors of Arts from Dhaka University. He is a prominent Business Man and Active Member of Dhaka Stock Exchange since 1980, Former councilor of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited in 1984 to 1985, Former Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited in 2004 to 2006.
He was Proprietor of Bulbul Securities as Member of DSE Since 1982 to 2006; He attended many foreign Seminars and visited Stock Exchanges in London, New York, Tokyo, Sydney, Melbourne, India, and Singapore during 1989 to 2008 on different programs.
He is a Convener of National Budget in 2016-2017 Proposal Committee of DSE Broker Association of Bangladesh. He was also the Ex Director of Eastern Cables Ltd. in 1987 to 2015, Ex Director of Chittagong Cement Clinker Grinding Company Ltd. in Chemical Corporation since 1987 to 2014, Ex Director of Multi National Company in Heidelberg Cement Bangladesh Ltd. since 2001 to 2005, Ex Director of Ren with Jaynes tore & Co. Ltd. in Chemical Corporation since 1988 to 1998, Ex Director of Eagle Box Carton Mfg. Co. Ltd. in Chemical Corporation Broker Association’s since 1988 to 1995.
He had been Connection with political activities from Student life; he was Executive Committee Member of the East Pakistan Chatroleague Dhaka City since 1969 to 1972 and Assistant Secretary Central Committee of Bangladesh Chatroleague in 1972 to 1976, he was a Freedom fighter Organizer and took Active part in the Libration War in the year 1971. He Hoisted Independent National Flag at Feni on 8th March 1971. He was former political Intelligence of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman from Student Front in 1971-1975. He is presidents and other honorable positions of different organizations at several Districts, Subdivisions level in Bangladesh.
